This was recommended by someone I know to have back issues, so I guess it worked for her. But I don't think it provides as much support for my back and doesn't help with the back pain at all. It is easy to take it with me when I get in the car so it's portable but that's not the most important aspect of the pillow for me. I was hoping for some pain relief and it did not do that well.This butt cushion is very nice super comfy and great support but there is no strap to it so it moves around a lot. I use it for my chair at work and I often have to get up. The problem I have is it doesn't stay in sane spot. I often have to re adjust it. Other than that it's a great cushion and nice quality.This pillow fits me so well I can’t believe it’s generic.i am happy with this product. it is comfortable and soft. it also alleviates any tension in my upper back, keeps my hips and spine aligned. i recommend this for those who suffer from low back, mid back and or upper back pain. it alleviates compression on the spine especially the low back. i typical recommend this cushion for my patients who have low back pain.Everything is good about this cushion. Wear size 40” pants to help guess width. Sides have nice roll up to help support but cushion is not quite wide to fit office chair and always repositioning. However it has helped relieve back pain. If a little wider and linger in seat i think i woukd fit better in it. Not sending it back but still on the hunt.Memory foam is very good compression ration. Firm but still allows compression without going pancakethis cushion gives my lower back enough support, not too soft and not too firm, I put it on my car seat fits really wellThis is one amazing lumbar support cushion / pillow. The memory foam gives just the right support on your lower and upper back. I love that it is extra long to give you that support between your shoulder blades. The only thing it lacks is adjustable straps to hold it in place when using with my office chair, but if I use it on my recliner there is no need as I am putting all of my weight on it. the Comfort level is superior too many other I have tried. I just wish I could make it stay put in my office chair which is where I use it the most. So I have had to MacGyver my own strap; which was not easy.
